Thank you so much for joining Bhavna Radia on the Divorce 101 programme.  I can't wait to support & guide you through this journey.  

While we are working together it is important that we share an understanding of how we will work together.  

Live Group Calls

Every week for 6 weeks there will be live calls for approximately 1 hour.  If you cannot make the session, it will be available for you to watch in your own time in the members area. You can submit a question in advance to be answered on the call. If there is time, I will also answer any other questions that come up.

Voxer Support

Support will be provided via the Voxer app for a period of 3 months (ending on 15th April 2021).  You will be able to send me voice notes, text messages and images.  I would ask that you limit messages to Thursday and Fridays if possible and I will respond as soon as I can.  

Legal & Financial Advice

I am unable to give legal or financial advice at any time.  I can however, give you guidance and direction during live calls and through the Voxer app.  

Other Fees

I will not be charging any extra fees for the support and guidance for the programme which includes:

• 6 live calls and recordings
• Workbooks/templates
• 2 bonus masterclasses

There may be court fees payable depending on your circumstances and I will talk about this during the calls.  Any court fees would be payable directly to the court.  

Confidentiality

It is important for all participants that there is confidentiality in this process for all participants.  I will not be sharing your names or details with anyone else within the programme or externally.  The only time I would breach this confidentiality is if I believe that a criminal offence has been or will be committed or your safety or that of a child is at risk.  

You should maintain confidentiality if one of the other participants shares any personal details during this programme.  

All materials are for your use only.  If found to be in breach of this requirement by misuse of the content, legal remedy will be taken.
