Save money, feel 100% confident and get the result you want.
Does this sound like you?
Divorce is so overwhelming.
Especially when everyone you know is trying to offer uneducated advice based on what they’ve heard.
Add to that the countless nights you’ve spent googling for answers to questions like:
“Can I stay in the family home?”
“How can I afford to survive on my income?”
And because of that you never get a wink of sleep. And actually that affects everything in life and work.
You wake up more stressed and life feels more difficult.
But what’s the other option...?
Instruct a solicitor?
Well, everyone knows that it could easily cost £18,000 each, if not more.
And having worked as a solicitor in the past, I know it's not pretty. And let’s be honest, just because you’re getting divorced, it doesn’t mean you want things to end badly. You’ve still got children so you’ve got to be amicable.
And one of the worst of the ways to do this is to drag each other through financial battles. Wouldn't it be easier if you could get everything in place without either of you spending a fortune and getting the best outcome possible.
Well here's the thing...
You can do most of your divorce yourself.
Yes, it is possible when you have the support and knowledge.
See, you wont need to go to court hearings or send countless legal documents to get this done.
Divorce can be much simpler than you think.
You just need to know how.
Imagine....
In a year’s time, you’ve moved on from completing your divorce.
You and your ex are on good terms.
The children haven’t been affected even though your ex lives somewhere else.
And you are now excited about your life going forward.

I know you think that all this legal stuff is too complicated.
But it doesn’t have to be.
I'll be opening doors soon

Get Your Place! You've got two options...
Divorce 101 Option
OR...
-
Decide that £997 is too much to pay to have an easier divorce where you are in the driving seat.
-
Instead make the decision to pay £18,000 each to solicitors (the average cost of divorce in the UK). And take a risk on those legal fees spiralling out of control.
-
There's not enough money in the pot to split your assets into two households. Giving money to lawyers is just an unnecessary expense.
Don’t worry - I’ve got you...
I'm Bhavna Radia. I’m a your divorce wingwoman, former family solicitor and a single mum of three girls.
I’ve seen it from both sides of the table. Going through my own divorce made me feel so vulnerable and scared. I realised that you don’t know where to get help when you’re so worried about the possibility of a huge legal bill.
That's why I took my 15 years as a divorce lawyer and my personal experience to help you manage your own divorce with step by step help and support from me and my team of experts.

Get Your Place NowModule 1
Work out the best way to divorce
Everything feels like it’s going to shit when you’re getting divorced, right?
Well, here you’ll be guided, by the hand, through each part of the divorce process and how to work out what is most important to you.
Don’t worry, it’s not as boring as it sounds. And it means you’ll be 10x more confident moving forward.
That’s why we go through this right off the bat in Module 1.
In this module you’ll learn:
- Why hiring a solicitor isn’t always necessary and what options you have instead to keep costs and stress down
- How the different routes to getting a divorce work and which one’s the best one for you
- The 3 most important factors and how to make sure you keep them front of mind throughout

Module 2
Prepare & submit your divorce application
Don’t hire an expensive lawyer to submit your divorce application for you. It’s not as complicated as you might think. In fact, 97% of people that have been through this programme have done their own divorce.
That’s what I’ll show you in module 2. It’s all there.
In this module you’ll learn:
- The five facts to prove your marriage has broken down and which one’s right for you
- The reason why a judge doesn’t want the full story of what happened in your marriage and what you should write instead.
- The best way to save on court fees

Module 3-6
Share your money, property and assets
Like lots of other people going through divorce, you might be freaking out whenever you think about your divorce settlement.
I get it. You’re worrying about how you’ll make ends meet and where you’ll end up living. Taking it one step at a time will make you feel calmer with less of the crazy moments. And you’ll feel more confident when talking money with your ex.
In these 4 modules, you’ll learn:
- The number 1 thing that stops people getting the money they deserve and what you can do to make sure it doesn’t happen to you
- How to value and record your assets and in a way that is simple without months of form filling
- What to include in your shared pot and how to make sure your inheritance is left out
- How you’ll afford your expenses after separation and how to increase the money coming in
- What is fairness and how do you get to it
- How to make sure your agreement is legally binding

Module 7
Make a plan for your children
Now if you’ve got kids this is gonna be an emotional topic. And rightly so.
It’s hard to think you might spend days and nights away from your little cherubs when you’ve been the main carer. You know that it’s inevitable that the children will spend time away from you. But the question is how much?
In this module you’ll learn:
- The primary factor that determines how time with the children is shared and how that might affect the contact you might have
- Who has rights and responsibilities over the children and what this means to the arrangements you will need to agree
- What happens when you are worried about the safety of the children
- How to agree a plan and get it in writing

Module 8
Start court proceedings
Court proceedings add a level of stress to your divorce that is unimaginable. That’s why I’ll guide you throughout to keep hostility down.
But you might have spent months, even years trying for a fair financial settlement. You want to agree on a plan for the children. But your ex has other ideas. And you might have to ask a judge to decide for you.
You don’t need a solicitor to do this. You can do it yourself with some knowledge. And I’ve got this covered in the final module.
In this module you’ll learn:
- The reason you need to see a mediator before completing the court forms and the simple way to bypass this rule.
- How to complete and submit the court applications for children and finances yourself to keep costs down
- The way to complete and prepare your Form E and other court documents
- The different types of court hearings and how to prepare for each one
