About Me
Our mission at Divorce Right is to help people divorce through co-operation and kindness.
I know from my experience as a family solicitor that divorce can leave families broken, financially and emotionally.
After my own marriage breakdown, I knew that there had to be a better way to divorce. That's when I set up my own company and the vision of couples divorcing with kindness became reality.

How does the Amicable Divorce Programme work?
The heart of this unique service is the couples that we work with. I always see them as the heroes and that I just give them the tools and guide them to the transformation that they are looking for.
Most of the clients that we work with are looking to divorce without having a fight. Whilst they recognise that things have gone wrong in the marriage, they are not looking to spend lots of time on the blame game. Instead they focus on what they need to do to move forward positively while focussing on the children. Most of all they recognise that divorce can and should be easier.
There are four steps to the process:
Step 1
Initially, I need to obtain basic information, give you guidance on how things will work and on the divorce process as a whole. I complete your divorce application and it is submitted early on.
Step 2
We start to look at your financial situation and you spend time gathering all the information that I need. We also ask for information around arrangements for any children
Step 3
This is where we start our joint discussions via zoom or face to face depending on your situation. We work intensively through our conversations to reach agreements about practical, financial matters and arrangements for children
Step 4
At this point we are recording your agreements either in a financial order or separation agreement and parenting plan if it is necessary.
Once the final documents are ready we give you a full pack with instructions on what to do next.
